Steven Saunders – Founder, Holigral
The world is in a transition not experienced since the fall of the Roman Empire. The Holigral Method is part of my solution for reducing the impact of the forthcoming shocks to humanity. Basically, wake up or get caught up in the accelerating destruction of resources.
Every organisation has to become hyper-efficient. Presently, I see no company running more than 3% efficient. There are 300% improvements to be had in all white collar roles. I specialise in helping people, companies, cultures and countries escape the local boxed mindsets, and emerge in an abundant new reality, where anything really is possible.
Basically, I have had enough of “I am stuck”, “it’s complicated”, “there is nothing I can do”, etc. Bullshit ... politics or corruption are the main causes of stuckness. Get over looking good, and there are plenty of solutions.
I have decided to produce the Ark Angle machine in Mexico and to centre the world revolutionary efforts from there. Presently, I believe Europe and the USA are doomed, as the structures and thinking is too ossified. But please do try to convince me otherwise.

Some Career Highlights
2004-present, self-employed, offering facilitating, trouble-shooting in soft disciplines, systems and business, running authentic leadership retreats. Generated a new philosophy for humanity and spin-off psychology for personal transformational perfectly suited to the occidental mind-set, but which also works with orientals; in fact with all the religions, ethnic groups and languages with which I have so far worked. Collaborated with world leaders in this field, like David Grove and Eileen Watkin Seymour, and hosted three NLP conferences centred on research activities in ‘04, ‘05 and ‘06 (see nlpdevelopment.org.uk).
I have developed a “Natural Philosophy for Life” from which has come a new form of NLP; initially a fusion of clean language to transform NLP and later, an entirely new form based in emergence. During this time I developed reliable new ways of enabling healing from addictions, severe physical complaints and psychological traumas, to the extent that people could take or leave their drug afterwards - full control, not just a dry ex-alcoholic. The potential is vast; we have new ways of treating dyslexia, delivering training, coaching, psychotherapy, conducting business and a process for “Natural Systems Engineering”.
Acknowledged as a world-class expert in psychological healing and coaching by the cognoscenti, I have a business offering this work in the UK, continental Europe, America, Asia and Australia. I have devolved management to partners in USA, Holland, Portugal and Spain. Published my book (Mind Tricks) in 2008, available from Amazon or the publisher (Wooden Books). I continue to innovate, currently re-designing the nature of group work and addressing the psychology of innovation. Responsible for the 4th-6th Generations of NLP, Kinaesthetic Gesture Field NLP, and Direct Engagement Modelling - all new forms of facilitating.
Oct 88 - Mar 2004 Racal (then Thales)
2003-4 System Engineering Consulting, bringing in new paradigms from the world of psychology into system requirements management and design for very large systems. Demonstrated a model of leading without positional authority on a large programme.
2002 Lived in France, consulting on technology strategy for Thales Airborne Systems, became fluent in French to the extent that even the CEO spoke with me in French, and I was then treated as a native.
2001-2 Head of Common Laboratory UK/France for Thales in Signal Processing, reorganised Thales Research along the lines of my highly successful team. Engineering Resource Manager for Thales Research, transforming profitability by a factor of 10 in a year, revolutionising recruitment and performance management. Trained in NLP and published my first two papers on new forms of facilitation. Invented my first new NLP process during the evening after the first day of training!
1992-2000 Developed an entirely new generation of radar signal processing across a range of technologies and algorithms too numerous to mention. Grew a team 40% per annum on average performing contractual R&D in this area, until we effectively dominated this marketplace, being conservatively years ahead of the international competition. Presented at several international exhibitions, marketing the derivative equipment. Instrumental in winning many large contracts in the UK and abroad. Sponsored three Ph.D.’s in the realm of neural networks, with Surrey and Reading Universities. Three huge shifts in radar signal processing performance: in deinterleaving, identification and fingerprinting. A road-mapped future, still on track 10 years later. A chip capable of solving 300 complex optimisation problems per second, comprising 32M transistors, at its time about one thousand times faster than a PC could do the job. Also in this period, developed a novel form of signal detection, measurements and analysis for deinterleaving radar signals, some 20 years ahead of its time. Developed a state-of-the-art analysis tools used in a large number of Governmental laboratories in the UK and abroad, in-service.
Became a Senior Manager in Racal in 1998. Won a whole series of Governmental contracts to develop the technology over the years - in fact, I have never lost a competitive contract.
Conducted measurements and developed algorithms to recognised radar pulses from their profiles. Won a Government contract to explore this further, leading to two follow-on contracts, and the development of the first automatic, reliable system for this. Statistical modelling of pulse collisions. Developed a model for a new form of receiver to address the problem of multiple overlapped high-PRF radars.
Oct 83 - Sep 88 Roke Manor Research, Romsey, UK
Developed algorithms for real-time interactive sketch recognition as part of an ESPRIT programme on electronic paper. Developed a way to convert pre-written cursive script into a format of possible paths to then be decoded in a dynamic script recognition package. Paper published. Modelled and developed the first system able to automatically recognise aircraft accurately from their radar returns. Implemented a vast range of pattern recognition algorithms. Led the company cricket team to a national final against teams with 10-20 times more personnel to draw on, in my first season as captain - before, the team had only ever won one match in the cup. Implemented a real-time demonstration of the IR image compression and reconstruction system. Implemented a massive range of image processing algorithms and display software to create a software model of IR image compression and reconstruction over very low bandwidth datalinks. In hindsight the algorithms resemble closely the embryonic JPEG and MPEG coding formats. Published in the proceedings of two IEE conferences and the Plessey journal. Tested a range of radios and started the development of what became a comprehensive graphical display package used throughout the company. Modelled frequency hopping radio generation and detection, implementing a wide range of window functions, built a real-time simulator and detection system.
Sep 80 - Jun 83 University of Bristol, B.Sc. Jt. Hons. Maths & Physics.
Jul 79 - Sep 80 ASWE, Portsmouth. Learnt to program on the job and developed software to simulate error bursts for sonobuoys and techniques to distribute the errors so they were recoverable. Learnt digital and analogue electronics on the job, implementing a system for transmitting data over frequency hopping radios using data bursts and techniques to minimise errors due to missing radio hops. Worked with teleprinter and tape-reader signals, developing the electronics converting from tone on-off to digital and vice versa. Learnt how to make double-sided PCB and using a wide range of equipment, which I placed under programmed control.
Before then: college, school, chess, played in all the school sports teams. Also captained cricket teams, played in the area representative cricket team, etc.
