I hit my mid-life crisis about 8 years. I look back and I wonder who that person was. I knew I had to make changes if I was going to survive and lead a successful life. I searched the self help section of each book store in search of the answer. I was first told about the Steven Saunders work by someone I met on the party island Ibiza. This guy, who has now become a great friend told me about Holigral and my only regret is not making the choice to attend the 7 day retreat sooner.

Wow, what an experience! I no longer need to search for the meaning of life. I have clarity on my life purpose, I am in charge of my emotions and I have eliminated the self limiting beliefs that were holding me back. I now know what I have to do to achieve the life I dream of and I know I will succeed. The joy and happiness I experienced during those 7 days has stayed with me. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

My life has change dramatically. My relationships are stronger, I get up in the morning knowing I will achieve what I set out to do and I have a completely new perspective on life. I highly recommend this program to anyone who is serious about taking the ride of their life. This is not for wimps… but the rewards are the rewards of the gods.

I have done Steve’s retreat in Glastonbury this summer. And while, I will not venture in understanding the underpinning philosophy and scientific approach, I find the work very beneficial and would recommend it to anyone who really is interested in something innovative and effective. In other words I don’t know why it works, but it does. ;-)

Would I recommend it to others? Yes I would. Is it an advance on that which is now in the NLP community? Yes it is. Would I go and learn it as part of my 3rd Master Track? Yes, Definitely. Do I perceive myself to be whole and thereby more congruent with self? Yes from my own subjective viewpoint.

A journey that began with confusion and feeling stuck has culminated in knowing myself truly maybe for the first time. I feel clear and ready to move forward.

I think you are aware of some big shifts which took place last weekend, I am just amazed at how different I feel and the process is still working with the odd wobble here and there. It was interesting yesterday; I met up with a friend who said my face looked different and then said "I know it sounds strange but it looks Clean."

Pat Gilkerson, Coach

An extraordinary course - allowed me to develop a huge range of skills and inner resources to keep on developing whatever is needed. Fearless facilitating! Great course notes - comprehensive and helpful.

I would highly recommend others attend this weekend if they would like to learn and practice some highly useful and enjoyable techniques. They will be able to create calm and serenity in their lives, when and wherever they want to – without the need to dedicate their whole lives to silent prayer!

I had an amazing experience at the Authentic Leadership retreat in November 2008. I have to admit that I was a somewhat reluctant attendee as I signed up (under a little pressure from my sister) when I was feeling a bit low after surgery. Then, when I was feeling more like my old self again (happy, well-adjusted etc) I didn’t feel like I “needed” a personal development course. Well….how wrong can a person be!.

I got so much out of this week and found it really quite life changing. I learned a lot more about myself and managed to release a lot of baggage which I didn’t even realise had been weighing me down. I feel so excited about the possibilities life has to offer me and everyone around me. I experienced feelings of pure joy and excitement while on the course and continue to do so now. I am also looking forward to being coached over the next nine months as issues arise in my life. These guys (the facilitators) are very objective and caring sounding boards who seem to be able to empower me to make the right decisions for me.

Personally, I also had an unusual spiritual experience where I felt like, by being very present for a period of time, I connected with things that I have never believed existed. The whole week was an interesting and exciting process which has definitely improved my (already happy!) life for the better, both at work and in personal relationships.

Thanks guys :)
