Brief presentation on the Holigral method

I have done Steve’s retreat in Glastonbury this summer. And while, I will not venture in understanding the underpinning philosophy and scientific approach, I find the work very beneficial and would recommend it to anyone who really is interested in something innovative and effective. In other words I don’t know why it works, but it does. ;-)
